The following models are used at HWR. Here you will find a brief overview of the functions and usage of the phones.
Avaya 9611G
This phone offers 24 programmable call presentation and function keys. The labels for these keys are displayed in the main window and can be edited via the adjacent keys.
The system administrator can assign functions to the phone’s function keys. You can also do this yourself through self-management. Note that you cannot change the functions set by your system administrator, but you can swap out other functions. There are also functions that can only be set up by the system administrator.
Avaya J129
The Avaya J129 is a SIP-based phone designed for basic communication and is available as a telephone device for publicly accessible areas.
The phones support two line buttons with a single-line call display.
Avaya J159
This phone offers 24 programmable call presentation and function keys. The labels for these keys are displayed in the main window and can be edited using the adjacent buttons.
The system administrator can assign functions to the phone’s function keys. You can also do this yourself via self-management. Avaya J169 / J179
The Avaya J169 / J179 are SIP-based phones, featuring four softkeys, HD audio quality, an integrated Gigabit Ethernet interface, support for a headset, and up to three expansion modules with 24 keys.

Avaya 3730
The wireless Avaya 3730 is a DECT-based phone. It features a local contact directory, access to a central contact directory, voicemail, and much more. This handset, with a 3.5mm headset jack and a battery offering 16 hours of talk time, provides great mobility and productivity.
