Transfer caller to Line 1
- During an active call, press the softkey (1) ‘Transfer’.
Hold the caller on line 1 – call another participant
- The participant on (1) Line 1 is placed on hold, and the call automatically switches to Line 2.
- Call the second participant.
- Call via (2) integrated phonebook.
- Call via (3) programmed key.
Using the Phonebook
- Filter phonebook entries
- Example: HWR employees
- 4 (GHI)
- 9 (WXYZ)
- 7 (PQRS)
Connect the caller with HWR employee
- By pressing the softkey button ‘Durchst.’ (Transfer), the ‘caller’ and ‘HWR employee’ are connected.
