If the line of the desired internal participant is busy, you can request a callback by pressing the softkey 'Callback' once the participant has finished their call.
Request a callback
- Press the softkey ‘Callback’ when the line is busy.
- After that, you can simply hang up.
- As soon as the line is free again, you will be called back from the number of the previously busy line. However, the actual call will only occur once you accept the callback.
