IT Service Point

The IT service is the central contact point for students, faculty, and staff for IT issues. To provide assistance as quickly as possible, please direct your inquiries or reports by phone, email, or in-person to the Service Point responsible for you. If an immediate solution at the Service Point is not possible, your inquiry will be forwarded to the appropriate specialist team.

IT-Ticket HWR Berlin

To use the customer portal of the ticket system, you must be connected to the university network with your computer (e.g., directly via cable, with eduroam Wi-Fi, or via VPN).

After logging in with your HWR credentials, you can create new tickets as well as view and comment on your existing tickets.
