HWR Berlin ServiceCard – Informationstechnologie

With the HWR Berlin ServiceCard, you can use the cafeteria run by studierendenWERK on the Schöneberg and Lichtenberg campuses.

The card can also be used to log in to FollowMe printers.

To link your ServiceCard to your HWR account so that you only need to place your card on FollowMe printers in future, please refer to the following instructions: ServiceCard login on FollowMe devices

The ServiceCard also serves as a library card.

The ServiceCard

This is a personalized card that is created as part of the onboarding process. The card must be treated with care and is non-transferable, as it is used for authentication purposes and contains a wallet from the Berlin Student Union.

The card looks similar to the students CampusCard. However, it says “ServiceCard” on it, has no photo, and does not have the semester period printed on the back.

What should I do if my card is lost or defective?

Please report the loss to one of the IT service points or mail to the it-hotline. The lost card will then be deactivated immediately and you will receive a replacement.
If you did use the card’s wallet for a studierendenWERK canteen, you can contact studierendenWERK to have your credit refunded.

Is personal data stored on the card?

No personal data is stored on the card.
