To provide assistance as quickly as possible, please direct your inquiries or reports by phone, email, or in-person to the Service Point responsible for you. If an immediate solution at the Service Point is not possible, your inquiry will be forwarded to the appropriate specialist team.

IT-Ticket HWR Berlin
To use the customer portal of the ticket system, you must be connected to the university network with your computer (e.g., directly via cable, with eduroam Wi-Fi, or via VPN).
After logging in with your HWR credentials, you can create new tickets as well as view and comment on your existing tickets.
